Arrowly Account & Data Deletion
In compliance with Google Play's User Data policy on account and data deletion transparency, this page explains how data associated with Arrowly is stored, managed, and deleted.
Arrowly currently does not offer or require user account creation. You do not need to register with an email, username, or password to play. All progression (levels, high scores, coins, unlocked themes, and sound preferences) is stored exclusively on your local device storage.
How to Delete Your Local Game Data
Because all game data resides strictly on your physical Android device, you have complete control over its deletion. You can permanently erase all levels, coins, and settings using either method:
- Open your device's Settings app.
- Tap Apps (or “Manage Apps”).
- Locate and select Arrowly.
- Tap Storage & cache.
- Tap “Clear Storage” (or “Clear Data”).
This permanently wipes your local save files, reset scores, and coin balances immediately.
Long-press the Arrowly game icon on your home screen or app drawer and tap Uninstall (or drag to the Trash).
Uninstalling the application automatically removes all local data, cached themes, and sound preference files from your device.
Future Cloud Accounts Policy (When Launched)
When Arrowly launches optional cloud saving (e.g. via Google Play Games Services or Plexer Labs accounts), the following policy and tools will be available:
- In-App Deletion: An in-game “Delete Account & Cloud Data” button inside the Settings menu allowing immediate deletion.
- Web Request: Players may submit an account deletion request via email to sunny@plexerlabs.com with their player ID.
- Data Removed: Player profile, synced cloud progression, unlocked themes, virtual coin records, and associated user IDs.
- Deletion Timeline: Completed within thirty (30) days of verified request.
