This Privacy Policy is publicly accessible without login, matches our Google Play Console Data Safety declarations, and applies to the Arrowly mobile game.

01.Data Stored Locally on Your Device

Arrowly is designed with a lightweight, offline-first architecture. We do not require you to create an account, register an email, or sign in to play. The following gameplay data is stored strictly on your local device storage:

🎮 Level & Progress
Current game level reached, completed puzzles, and stage stars.
🪙 Virtual Coins & Themes
Accumulated coins and unlocked visual arrow/board themes.
⚙️ Gameplay Preferences
Sound effects volume, background music toggle, and vibration (haptics) on/off.
📖 Tutorial Status
Flag noting whether the initial interactive tutorial has been completed.

This data remains on your physical device and can be cleared at any time by clearing Arrowly's app cache/storage or uninstalling the app.

02.Advertising Data Handled Through Google AdMob

To support the free availability of Arrowly, we integrate Google AdMob to display voluntary rewarded video advertisements. When ads are requested, loaded, or displayed, Google AdMob may collect and process:

  • Device or Advertising Identifiers: Such as the Google Advertising ID (GAID / AAID) or vendor-specific identifiers.
  • IP Address & Approximate Location: Used to serve geographically relevant ads and detect regional fraud.
  • Ad Interactions: Data on ad requests, impressions, views, clicks, and rewarded ad completion events.
  • Diagnostics & Performance Information: App launch times, ad latency, crash reports, and technical error logs.

03.Why We and AdMob Use This Data

Data processed through Arrowly and AdMob is utilized strictly for:

Delivering and measuring rewarded ads: Verifying that an optional rewarded video was watched to credit you with in-game coins or hints.
Preventing fraud and abuse: Detecting bot clicks, automated impressions, or manipulated reward triggers.
Saving your gameplay experience: Storing sound toggles, high scores, and themes locally.
Improving app stability: Monitoring crash frequencies and runtime performance across Android device configurations.

04.Data Sharing with Google & Ad Partners

Plexer Labs does not sell your personal data. Advertising telemetry gathered by Google AdMob is transmitted to Google LLC and its authorized ad mediation partners in accordance with Google's Partner Privacy Policy .

05.Consent Choices (EEA, UK & Switzerland)

For users located in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Arrowly presents a consent form using Google's certified User Messaging Platform (UMP) upon initial startup. You can decide whether to consent to personalized ads or receive non-personalized ads.

How to Reopen or Modify Privacy Choices in Arrowly:

You can change or withdraw your consent choice at any time:

  1. Open Arrowly on your device.
  2. Tap the Settings gear icon on the main menu.
  3. Tap “Privacy choices” (or “Consent Preferences”).
  4. Adjust your selections and confirm.

06.Data Retention & Security

Because Plexer Labs maintains no external game accounts or cloud databases for Arrowly, we do not store your gameplay or coin data on our own remote servers. Google AdMob retains advertising logs in accordance with Google's published data retention schedules (typically pseudonymized after 9 to 18 months).

All ad network network calls are encrypted via Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).

07.User Rights & Contact Process

Under applicable regulations (including GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to request information on data processing or reset your advertising identifier on your Android device (Settings > Google > Ads > Reset advertising ID).

We do not knowingly collect personal information or serve targeted ads to children under 13.
