Arrowly Terms of Service
01.Acceptance of Terms
By installing, downloading, opening, or playing Arrowly (“the Game”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Arrowly Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or play the Game.
02.Minimum Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction to consent to mobile software agreements) to download and play Arrowly. If you are between 13 and the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that your legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.
03.Limited License to Play
Plexer Labs grants you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and limited license to download and play Arrowly solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on compatible devices owned or controlled by you.

To preserve a fair and secure gaming environment, you agree never to:
05.Virtual Coins & Themes
- No Real-World Cash Value: In-game coins have zero real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for fiat currency, gift cards, or real-world goods.
- Non-Transferable: Coins and unlocked themes are tied strictly to your local device install and cannot be sold, traded, or transferred to another player.
- Balance Adjustments: Plexer Labs reserves the right to modify, adjust, or reset virtual coin balances if necessary to resolve bugs, restore balance, or combat fraud/abuse.
06.Voluntary Rewarded Advertising
In accordance with Google AdMob policy, watching rewarded video advertisements inside Arrowly is completely voluntary:
- You will always see the exact reward offering (e.g. “Watch ad for +50 coins” or “Watch ad for Level Hint”) before choosing to watch.
- In-game rewards are granted strictly upon successful and complete playback of the rewarded advertisement as verified by Google AdMob.
- You may choose never to watch rewarded ads and continue enjoying the core gameplay.
07.In-App Purchases
Arrowly currently does not offer paid in-app purchases. All coins and themes can be earned through gameplay and voluntary rewarded ads. If real-money in-app purchases are introduced in future releases, these Terms will be updated with clear billing and refund policies.
08.Intellectual Property Ownership
Arrowly, including its name, visual assets, levels, mechanics, sound design, animations, and branding, is the proprietary property of Plexer Labs and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by Plexer Labs.
09.Maintenance, Updates & Feature Changes
We continually refine our games. Plexer Labs may release patches, updates, new levels, or retire outdated features without prior notice. We do not guarantee that the Game or any specific feature will always be available or error-free.
10.Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability
ARROWLY IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, PLEXER LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROGRESS, DATA CORRUPTION, OR DEVICE MALFUNCTIONS ARISING FROM USE OF THE GAME.
11.Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Game or revoke virtual balances if a user violates these Terms, cheats, exploits bugs, or engages in fraudulent activity.
